Shape the idea into a clear proposition. Define who it serves, what problem it solves, why it matters, and how it could become a viable business.

Build the foundations of the brand: name, tone of voice, visual direction, positioning, and the story people understand quickly.

An idea nobody can visit ↓ A live AI-built webpage
Use AI tools to create a simple landing page with clear copy, a waitlist or enquiry form, and a live URL you can share.

Untested assumptions ↓ Expert testing and refinement
Speak to human experts, potential customers, and relevant operators to test whether the business model is viable — then refine the idea based on what you learn.

Unclear numbers ↓ Checking the financial model
Work through pricing, costs, revenue assumptions, and what would need to be true financially for the project to make sense.

Refine how you talk about the project, who it's really for, and how to attract your first customers. Graduates are invited to present at the annual Passion Project.AI showcase, in front of investors, partners and the wider alumni network.

No background is required. Each intake is built on range. Past participants have come from every kind of place. What they share is an idea they're ready to take seriously and a willingness to do the work alongside others. If any of these sound a bit like you, this might be your moment.

Most programmes teach entrepreneurship through theory. We focus on building. Our six-step programme takes you from an early-stage idea to a venture with real foundations: a business model, a brand, a live website, tested assumptions, and a clear financial picture.

What makes Passion Project.AI different is the combination of human support, practical action, and AI-powered acceleration. Rather than spending months figuring everything out alone, you'll use AI as a co-pilot to dramatically cut the time between idea and reality.
